Crossroad Center is a single-level, enclosed, regional mall located in St. Cloud  in central Minnesota, approximately 60 miles northwest of the Twin Cities. Crossroads Center is situated just West of Hwy. 15, between Division Street and North Third Street. Since 1999 Crossroads Center is owned by Chicago-based General Growth Properties, which also owns Ridgedale Center in Minnetonka, River Hills Mall in Mankato and Apache Mall in Rochester. The center opened in 1966 and was renovated in 2004. Its original anchors were Dayton’s, JC Penney’s and Sears.  In 2004 Crossroads Center underwent a huge expansion and renovation. These changes included additional skylights, 700-seat Food Court, family restrooms, improved traffic flow and parking, streamlined common area and children’s soft play area and a new anchor store - Target.

Nowadays the center features about 119 retail stores on 891,000-square-foot and is anchored by Macy's, JC Penney, Sears, Scheels All Sports, Target. There are 4300 parking spaces available at Crossroads Center. The center is home to specialty retailers including Bath & Body Works, The Limited, Victoria’s Secret, Hot Topic, Buckle, Gymboree, The Children’s Place, American Eagle Outfitters, Gap/Gap Kids, Foot Locker, Journeys and Hollister Co. just to name few. Dry Goods opened a new location at the Crossroads Center in St. Cloud in July 2015 and a new retailer H&M is opening a store in the St. Cloud Crossroads Mall later this year. The store is planning to open in November 2015. In December 2014  FOREVER 21 opened a new store at Crossroads Center and Victoria’s Secret PINK opened their freestanding store here in October 2014. 

The food court offers dining options including Subway, Panda Express, Noodles & Company, Sbarro, Dairy Queen, Axle Grill, Extreme Pita, Famous Wok and few more. Chick-fil-A and Red Robin will open in Crossroads Center soon.
