Although Rancho Las Palmas is very popular with many visitors, it was necessary to give it a new and more modern face. The owner of this shopping center is the company Paragon Commercial Group, which mixes in the field of retail for more than 50 years. The company takes pride in more than 10 million square feet of area on which stand neighborhood and community centers which the company designed, developed or managed.
Among the original tenants of individual areas in Rancho Las Palmas was for example popular Brandini Toffee, Haru Sushi, Rolls Royce Wigs, Advanced Hearing Services or Elegant Eye Optometry. Who from this list will remain, who will vacate the field and which new tenants will get their spaces, it is unknown so far.
The reconstruction should take about 18-24 months, so at the beginning of 2017 we had would enjoy shopping in a new Rancho Las Palmas shopping center.
