A high investment that is definitely worth
The aim of the project was to improve the overall appearance not only of the shopping center, but also its surrounding. The project was launched in the second half of 2013 and among its main parts belonged the increasing of the number of parking spaces and improve their availability, new landscaping, a creation of new rain sewer system or a new monument signage for better tenant visibility.
This shopping mall is owned by the company Regency Centers. It is the leading national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers and apart from Five Points this company owns several hundred other properties.
This shopping center is definitely worth seeing; it is located in the heart of Santa Barbara and takes up an area about the size of 144,543 square foot. Neighborhood of shopping center is home for more than 70,000 people, so it isn´t hard up for visitors. People visit this shopping not only for shopping, but also due to meet up with friends and chat with them over a cup of coffee - for example in Starbucks or Fresco Cafe and Bakery.
