Reconstruction will take two years
The entire building should be finished in the spring of 2017, when there is the grand opening even planned. Both companies, which are in charge of the construction, said that they are ready to immediately start the reconstruction – they have been waiting for gaining the necessary permits.
Fashion Outlets should become a new center full of shopping, entertainment and dining opportunities not only for tourists but also for all workers from nearby office buildings, and local residents too. There should be open a mix of stores, in which will be possible to find both luxury stores with high-end fashion as well as the moderate brands, traditional retail mall, popular flagship retail, artisanal food experiences and entertainment offerings.
Up to 125 new stores
New Fashion Outlets should primarily profit from its highly competitive position in the center, which would have ensure it a rich attendance and thus higher revenues. Additionally, Fashion Outlets will be located on the place around which large numbers of people walk past to work every day - it is believed that many of them will stop for shopping in Fashion Outlets.
Inside the new shopping center should be a three-block corridor of approximately 125 new stores, including dining and entertainment options.
