The opening of the shopping center is scheduled for the summer
Over the next few months the last minor adjustments will be completed and during this summer Cypress Waters shopping center is going to welcome its first visitors. In addition to opening new retail spaces, according to the plan will be also opened the new offices. Even some names from the list of new tenants in offices are already known – among them would be the Cheddar's restaurant chain, Nationstar Mortgage and 7-Eleven.
And who are those tenants who signed contracts first? It is about a Lazy Panda restaurant, Gipsy Lime Taco Lounge and Massage Felax, too. Thanks to the signing of contracts with these tenants it was filled the half of the available space, which are part of the first part of retail space. Except the offices and shopping opportunities, in the area surrounding Cypress Waters would grow as much as 10 000 new flats and houses.
We have no choice now but to look forward to the summer and the opening of another great shopping center.
