WestShore Plaza is an american two level shopping centre located at the busy I-275 and West Kennedy Boulevard interchange in Tampa, Florida, just few minutes from the Tampa International Airport. 

This fully-enclosed shoopping venue in the Tampa Bay Area has been opened for almost 50 years. The grand opening was in 1967 and WestShore Plaza is still thriving as an upscale mall on its own. The mall was designed by Boston-based Sumner and Schein and developed by Boston-based Theodore W. Berenson and Associates and Philadelphia-based Strouse, Greenburg and Company. The first expansion of WestShore Plaza was done during 1973 and 1974. The project included the addition of a 2-level. In 1992, a 9 million dollar renovation of the mall began. This project included new skylights, marble floors, fountains, mall entrances and a Food Court. A 170 million dollar expansion of the shopping center was announced in April 1997. A subsequent expansion cost 85 million dollars and consisted of the construction of a 14-screen AMC multiplex on an upper level and enlargement of the original Food Court. These renovations were completed in November 2000. On May 4, 2013, Saks Fifth Avenue at WestShore Plaza was shuttered. The building was renovated and re-opened -as a Dick's Sporting Goods- April 25, 2014.

WestShore Plaza is owned and run by Glimcher Realty Trust since March 2010. Glimcher Realty Trust and merged with Washington Property Group in early 2015 and WPGlimcher was created.

WestShore Plaza is home to 115 shops, restaurants and specialty stores and is anchored by Sears, JC Penney, Macy's, Dick's Sporting Goods and AMC WestShore 14 multiplex. WestShore Plaza features populare stores like Aeropostale, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Bath&Body Works, bebe, Brookstone, Old Navy, Perfumania, Children's Place, Claire's, Sephora, Foot Locker, H&M, Justice, Victoria's Secret and many more. The Food Court offers dining options like Little Greek, Starbucks, Seasons 52, Gelateria Venezia, Mitchell's Fish Market, Sbarro Italian Eatery, GW Cheesesteaks just to name few.

Few new retailers had opened since the beginning of the year 2015.

Learning Express Toys, opened in January, is located near JCPenney. Kay Jewelers opened its new in April in Center Court near H&M. Besito Mexican opened its first location in Florida in April. T-Shirt Station opened in April and is located between Macy's and Sears. Sephora, at JCPenney opened in May 2015. Apricot Lane opened a new store which is located across from Old Navy. Déjà Vu Nail will be opening later this year and will be located near Macy's. Irish 31 will open soon and will be located at the East Entrance of the mall near PF Changs and Maggiano's.
