Seminole Towne Center is a 1.2-million-square-feet, two story shopping center located conveniently off of interstate 4 or SR 417 in the town of Sanford, Florida, just about 20 minutes north of Orlando. This easily accessible mall serves northern Seminole and western Volusia counties. Seminole Towne Center was opened in 1995, is owned by Washington Prime Group, Inc. since May 2014 and belongs between many other Simon malls.
